DSU Parking

The Hornet Homecoming Football Game is on Saturday, October 11, 2025, and campus parking rules are changing to welcome fans and visitors.

Campus parking permit holders are prohibited from using standard assigned parking areas during preparations and activities for game day. During Homecoming, both reserved and non-reserved faculty and staff parking areas will be reassigned. All parking areas will close at 11 p.m. on Friday, and vehicles that violate campus parking regulations may be subject to ticketing and towing.

Vehicles with valid Faculty and Staff Parking Permit Stickers may park in the designated campus area on game day. Parking will be in Lot #25. When this becomes full, you will be directed to park in another space but parking staff. All vehicles without a valid DSU parking permit sticker will incur a parking fee of $40.

Parking across Route 13 is strictly prohibited. Local businesses in Dover have requested increased law enforcement attention regarding unauthorized parking on their properties. Violating this policy may lead to ticketing, which carries significant fines, and vehicles may be towed immediately. It is important to inform any visiting friends and family about this regulation.
