Evaluation Service Structure
The Core provides program evaluation services, but Users/Program PIs are responsible for any supplies or reagents that are unique to their particular project. As an HBCU and organization dedicated to serving our communities and society, we try our best to provide high-quality evaluation and consultation services, while keeping a reasonable fee.

| Support letter for grant applications | No charge | The Core staff is available to provide a support letter for grant applications regarding program evaluation. |
| Grant writing (Program Evaluation part) |
No charge; evaluation services need to be budgeted in the grant proposal |
The Core staff is available to contribute a program evaluation section to the grant proposal. However, the evaluation services need to be budgeted in the grant proposal. Both parties will agree upon the specific budget to be included in the proposal. If the project were funded successfully, the evaluation services would need to be implemented in accordance with the proposal and budget. Some changes might be allowed upon the agreement of both parties. |
