Death Resolutions are prepared by the Office of Alumni Engagement for Delaware State University Alumni. Resolutions are addressed to the Deceased’s next-of-kin and signed by a member of the Division of Institutional Advancement. Resolutions may be presented at the funeral or memorial service by a Delaware State University representative upon request. Please provide all applicable information in the form below.
