Renewing Accommodations

If you are already registered with the Center for Disability Resources, have registered for an upcoming semester (students only), and need to renew your accommodations for that semester please choose the option below that best describes you:

If you received an Accommodation Letter from the Center for Disability Resources (CDR) through the new Accommodate System in Summer 2025 and/or Fall 2025 please:

  1. Login to Accommodate
  2. Choose “Accommodation”
  3. Click “Renew Accommodation Letter”
  4. Click “Add New”
  5. Choose “Spring 2026” and click “Review Accommodations”

If you have previously received accommodations through the Center for Disability Resources (CDR) but did not have accommodations in Summer 2025 or Fall 2025 please:

  1. Complete the online Request for Accommodations Form
  2. The CDR will email you with next steps once your form is received
