- When will the graduate commencement ceremony take place?
Friday, May 15, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. - Where is the graduate commencement ceremony?
DeLauder Theatre - Where do I line up for commencement?
Please report to the Longwood Auditorium in the Bank of America building by 11:30 a.m. - Will the ceremony be live streamed?
Yes. Anyone can watch the ceremony on their mobile device or computer with live streaming. - How do I determine if I have met all graduation requirements?
Contact the Office of the Registrar. - Can I participate in the ceremony if I have not completed all of my degree requirements?
No. To participate in commencement, all requirements must be completed. - Will I receive recognition for earning a 4.0 GPA?
No. Graduate students do not receive recognition for earning a 4.0 GPA. - How many tickets will I receive?
Graduate students will receive two tickets. This number is based on the legal maximum capacity of the facility, the number of graduating candidates, and the Delaware State University Police Department’s recommendation. - Can I purchase additional tickets?
No. Commencement tickets are not for sale. Please work with your classmates to access additional tickets. - Do infants and children require a ticket?
Yes. Infants and children must have a ticket to be admitted into the ceremony. - How can I access Tassel?
You will receive an email inviting you to register for Tassel beginning the week of February 15, 2026. - How do I know if my graduation application was approved?
