University Courtyard

University Courtyard is located on 13 acres of land within a short walking distance of the main campus and features seven, three-story buildings containing 144 units and 416 beds. Each apartment unit is 2 or 4 bedroom and designed primarily for upperclassmen students. Each furnished apartment has a full kitchen, as well as convenient living and dining areas. The complex is served by a separate office building that features a common area as well as the office for the complex.
