Surprise birthday celebration for Dr. Mishoe

DSU President Wilma Mishoe tried to quietly observe her 69th birthday on Sept. 6, but the employees of the Claibourne Smith Administration Building would not let her do so.
Administrators and staff of the Admin Building surprised Dr. Mishoe with the celebration event in the Barros Room on the 4th floor.
