Delaware State University and HBCU CONNECT partner to expand career opportunities for students and alumni through the DSU HUB app
Delaware State University and HBCU CONNECT have announced a strategic partnership integrating HBCU CONNECT’s career platform into the University’s DSU HUB app, giving students and alumni direct access to internships, jobs, employer recruiting events, career fairs, mentorship and professional development resources.
Conceived by Dr. Dawn Mosley, Senior Associate Vice President of Marketing and Communications, the first-of-its-kind partnership integrates HBCU CONNECT’s national career network into the DSU HUB app, expanding career and professional development opportunities for students and alumni.
“Our vision is to create a one-stop digital experience that not only connects our campus community to University resources but also opens doors to career advancement, mentorship and economic opportunity,” Mosley said. “Our responsibility is to help ensure students graduate with meaningful connections, real-world experiences and access to opportunities that continue long after commencement.”

Founded by CEO Will Moss, HBCU CONNECT has more than 1.2 million members, over 110,000 resumes and partnerships with many of the nation’s leading employers.
“We are excited to partner with Delaware State University on this innovative initiative,” Moss said. “Integrating HBCU CONNECT’s resources into the HUB creates a powerful opportunity to connect students and alumni with the careers, employers and professional networks that can help shape their futures.”
The technical integration is being led by Curtis Winslow, Director of Mobile and Web Applications Development and lead architect of the DSU HUB app.
The partnership strengthens DSU’s commitment to workforce development, student success and lifelong alumni engagement by expanding access to career opportunities and professional connections through the DSU HUB.
