The largest turnout for 2025 Hornet football faithful at Alumni Stadium – save the Oct. 11 Homecoming Game – showed up in support of the DSU football team in their gridiron contest with S. Carolina State University.

The Hornets ended their season with a 28-17 loss and an overall record of 8-4 and a MEAC record of 4-1.
