DSU Downtown connected in a tremendous way with the Dover neighborhoods that surrounds it by hosting its Downtown Spring Festival Community Day on the Saturday afternoon of April 30.

Twas’ an afternoon event of free food, ice cream and water ice, and attendees were engaged by vendors, community organizations, wellness and health screenings and entertainment from groups such as the Approaching Storm Marching Band, the Dover High School Band, the University’s Gospel Choir, and the University’s I-Step group.
