Alumni and other professionals paid a visit March 28 to Delaware State University to participate in the Mass Communications, Visual and Performing Arts (MCVPA) Day activities.

The day featured presentations and panel discussions from communications, visual and performing arts professional, many whom were University alumni.

The presenters and panelists shared their professional experiences and gave the students information on how to prepare themselves during their undergraduate journeys, and after graduating how to establish themselves professionally.

Delaware State University alumni participating in the MCVPA Day activities included: Kara Bennett, Eric Brown, Tameka Shockley, Kevin Spence, Natasha Taylor, Shynieka Taylor and Ayanna Williams. There were also presentations by Dr. Robert Tucci, professor of art, and Dr. David Tolley, assistant professor.
