DSU Presents “You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown”

Delaware State University will present the student fall musical production of You’re A Good Man Charlie Brown, based on the comic strip  “Peanuts” by Charles M. Schulz.(L-r) Moala Bannavti, Suhyun Nam, Yein Cho, Brandon Lee and Emily Clark.

The performances will take place at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 16 as well as at 1 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 17, all in the Education and Humanities Theatre on campus.

The play tells the story of a day in the lives of Charlie Brown (Anthony McIver), Lucy (Marquita Richardson), Sally (Shae’ Ross), Linus (Christian Chapman), Snoopy (Suhyun Nam) and Schroder (Tyrone Ashley).

The musical is under the direction of Dr. David Tolley, musical director, and Dr. Shirlyn Brown, stage director. The book, music and lyrics are by Clark Gensner.

Tickets for the public are $10 and can be purchased at the door.
