Saturday, June 12, 2010

A Delaware State University student team – comprised of Tyree Daniel Evans, Stephanie O. Amolegbe, Cheston Nathaniel Boyd and Devin J. Wilkins – recently earned a national grant in the amount of $3,000 for participating in the 2010 Honda Campus All Star Challenge!

Congratulations to the participating students under the support of Emmanuel Lalande for representing DSU well.  The Honda Campus All-Star Challenge is the first-ever academic competition between students at America's Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

Honda has sponsored the program since its inception. HCASC campus play is open to all four-year, degree-granting HBCUs in the continental U.S. Over 50,000 students have competed in the program.
