2023 DSU Food Biotechnology Summer Camp Session I

The Food Biotechnology Summer Camp is an exciting STEM program at Delaware State University. Students will learn about topics including DNA extraction from cheek cells and onions; yeast and how it’s used to make ginger ale; the properties of food by making gummy bears and ice cream; and other experiments. For the safety of campers and staff, campers must show a negative test result for COVID-19 to report for the first day of camp. Fee: $80. CAMP SESSION I: July 10 - 14 Limited space!
