2022 DSU Food Biotechnology Summer Camp
The Food Biotechnology Summer Camp is an exciting STEM program at Delaware State University. Students will learn about topics including DNA extraction from cheek cells and onions; yeast and how it’s used to make ginger ale; the properties of food by making gummy bears and ice cream; and other experiments. For the safety of campers and staff, campers must show a negative test result for COVID-19 before reporting for the first day of camp.
