The Brown Girls Endowed Scholarship Fund

We have established a scholarship in honor of the Brown Girls at Delaware State University.  The Brown girls, Geneva, Esther, Susan and Florence, all left the farm and attended Delaware State College Secondary School - the only secondary school for African Americans in lower Delaware at that time.  The scholarship supports students who graduated from the Early College School@DSU and first-generation Delaware State University college students.
