Services and Fees

Rental Packages Include:

  • One lifeguard and one student supervisor for each reservation
  • One hour in Multipurpose room for food, drinks and refreshments prior to pool time
    • Cannot be exchanged/traded for more pool time
  • One hour of pool time
  • Exclusive use of the WRC pool and any pool equipment for the duration of your rental
  • Max group size of 35 participants and spectators
    • Groups larger than 35 participants will be assessed a large party fee of $250.00

Reservation Process:

  • Complete the “Pool Party Reservation” online and submit payment
  • You will be contacted within 3 business days of completing the online reservation to schedule your facility walk-through
  • NOTICE: Your party is not finalized until your facility walk through is completed
  • Reserved parties that do not have a completed facility walk-through may be cancelled, a credit will be issued to the family account.

  • Eligibility will confirmed during facility walk-though and discount will be revoked if participant is found ineligible.

Policies

  • All guests must adhere to the policies and procedures of the Wellness & Recreation Center.
  • Only one (1) discounts may be applied to each rental. Discounts apply to immediate family members living in the same household only. Must provide proof in order to receive discount.
  • WRC membership (community, faculty/staff, & students) is not required.
  • All reservation fees must be paid in advance through the online reservation website; services will not be rendered without prior payment. Guests are encouraged to retain a copy of their receipt as proof of payment.
  • Reservations are pending until facility walk-through is complete. Pending reservations are subject to change, cancellation and account credit.
  • To gain entry all participants and spectators must present a waiver signed by themselves or their legal guardian if minors. Guests without a signed waiver will not be granted access to the facility.
  • Guests must wear approved swimwear, clothing made from cotton will not be permitted into the pool. Participants who are  dressed  inappropriately will be asked to adjust as needed or asked to leave the facility.
  • Reservations are scheduled with multi-purpose room use first, followed by pool usage last; this cannot be changed or traded for more pool time.
  • Guests are given access to the multi-purpose room 30 minutes prior to their reservation starting.
  • If the WRC cancels a reservation due to inclement weather or extenuating circumstances guests will be contacted as soon as possible based on the contact information they have provided. These cancellations will be rescheduled or an account credit will be issued.
  • All pool parties are non-refundable. Account credit may be issued for cancelled parties if due to inclement weather or extenuating circumstances.
