Test Load Troubleshooting Instructions

If you have an existing Office365 account you must sign out completely to use the other account.

  1. Go to office.com, if it takes you directly to your office account you are logged in with another account.
  2. Sign out and close the web browser.
  3. Go to office.com again to verify you are not logged in. If you get the login page then proceed to follow the link to submit your results. If you are logged into office again your are still logged in. You will need to clear your cache and cookies to remove the saved password.
  4. After clearing cookies and cache go back to office.com and verify you are not logged in. If you get the login page then proceed to follow the link to submit your results.
  5. If you still receive a permission error attempt to use a different web browser that does not have your password saved.

Instructions to help individuals who are having issues logging into the form.

The below information resolves the “you don’t have permission to view or respond to this form message”. If the individual is getting a password or email account invalid message typically means they are typing in the either one or both of the fields incorrectly.

In Safari (apple devices)

  • Tap the Pages button, which is shaped as two squares in Safari’s menu.
  • Tap Private
  • Copy & Paste https://forms.office.com/r/m4txSZghia
  • When prompted to log in use the following account information:
    • Account name: covidresults [at] desu.edu
    • Password: Graduation21$​

In Chrome (android & windows)

  • Tap the 3 dots on the top right of the screen
  • Tap new incognito window
  • Copy & Paste https://forms.office.com/r/m4txSZghia
  • When prompted to log in use the following account information:
    • Account name: covidresults [at] desu.edu
    • Password: Graduation21$​
