State of the Art Fitness - Right Here at DSU!
Hornet Fitness offers cutting-edge fitness classes to the Delaware State University community! We are pleased to offer Les Mills BodyPump, BodyFlow, & RPM. These powerful fitness classes are offered in 80 countries worldwide, and now RIGHT HERE at Delaware State University! We are proud to be the first HBCU to join the Les Mills tribe. With over 30+ classes offered per week, there is something for everyone! Many different class formats are available with a schedule that spans early morning through late evening. Our certified instructors are top-quality, providing a workout experience that is sure to leave you wanting more! Group Fitness classes include modifications for all fitness levels to ensure that everyone can take a step toward meeting their fitness goals.
