Delaware State University is pleased to offer you the Actively Managed Payment Plan (AMPP), administered by Nel Net Business Solutions for Summer Session I and Summer Session II.  The AMPP is an interest-free alternative to paying each semester’s tuition and expenses in full.

Enroll in the AMPP and receive these benefits:

• Manageable  Payments – Spread payments over 3 months
• No Interest Payments –Use current income to make monthly payments
• Payments are reoccurring – debited directly from checking, savings or credit/debit card
• Manage Your Account – 24 hour access to manage your account via internet

The AMPP will allow you to pay one third (1/3) of the total balance due for Summer Session I & Summer Session II by the payment deadline date and the remaining balance  is paid monthly over the  two remaining months.  The plan includes a non-refundable enrollment fee of $35.00 that is required at the time of enrollment.  There will be a $30.00 return payment fee if a payment is returned.
