Mr. McDowell is a former partner and currently is of-counsel with Potter Anderson & Corroon, LLP. He currently is a director of the Delaware Bar Foundation and a director and president of the Delaware State Bar Insurance Services, Inc., He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of East Side Charter School.
Mr. McDowell earned a BA in History from Princeton University in 1967 and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from the Law School of the University of Virginia in 1974.
