Student Travel Packages to MEAC/SWAC Challenge

Orlando, Florida- September 5, 2010

The following information is for current DSU students traveling to the MEAC/SWAC challenge football game in Orlando, Florida on September 5.  Please note that the list of events is subject to change, and all deposits made for reservations of this package are non-refundable.  Chaperones and security will accompany students on the bus while traveling along with attending all scheduled events in Orlando, Florida. 

$197.00 Travel Packages Include:

• Bus Departure from DSU Campus September 2nd, 2010
• Return to DSU campus September 6th, 2010
• 3 night stay at Royal Plaza Hotel http://www.royalplaza.com    (4 students to a room)
• 1 day pass to Disney Theme Park
• 1 ticket to DSU vs. Southern football game
• Transportation around Disney provided by Pro-Tran  http://www.professional-transportation.com/

Payment Deadlines: All deposits and payments are non-refundable.

$50.00 Non-Refundable deposits are due by July 31, 2010
All balances must be paid in full by August 20, 2010
All orders are subject to a $5.00 processing fee
